Client: Vital Wound Care | Industry: Healthcare, wound care clinic | Channels: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, website | Engagement: October to December 2024
The Challenge
Vital Wound Care, a Las Vegas wound care clinic, had a social presence that did not reflect the expertise of its team. Posting was irregular, content lacked a clear voice, and posts gave people no obvious next step, whether that was reading more or booking an appointment.
Headline Result
- +226% Instagram profile visits
- +71% Instagram views
- 36% click-through and engagement rate on the top LinkedIn post
- 24 posts published across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
Our Approach
Loop took over Vital Wound Care’s social channels end to end, from strategy and content to publishing and reporting.
1. A Content Calendar Built for Testing
We started at two to three posts per week, then moved to four to five so we could properly A/B test different content series. Recurring formats included Wound Care Wednesday, Did You Know, Wound Care Tips, Meet the Team and awareness-day posts, each with a clear role in building trust and educating patients.
2. A Refreshed Profile With a Clear Next Step
We redesigned the Instagram grid around a consistent visual identity and added a link hub, so every post could point people to the latest blog, the team or appointment booking.
3. One Piece of Content, Many Channels
We wrote a blog post on holistic wound care and repurposed it into a Wound Care Wednesday social post and a LinkedIn article aimed at healthcare professionals. We also produced a case study template the clinic can reuse every quarter.
4. Video for the Website and Social
We produced a long-form explainer video for the website, which also serves as b-roll for trade shows, plus a short-form cut designed for Instagram and Facebook.
5. Streamlined Publishing
All content was scheduled through Plannable and Meta Business Suite, giving the clinic a clear view of what was going out and when.
Result
Within the engagement, Instagram profile visits grew by 226% and views by 71%, while the top LinkedIn post reached a 36% click-through rate. On the website, page authority rose from 8 to 10 and indexed pages from 12 to 18, giving the clinic a stronger foundation for search.
